In March 2023 the Foundation hosted a coffee morning and a nutrition talk at the home of one of our Board members in London. The talk was attended by 15 people and nutritionist, Shakiba Rangoonwala, gave an excellent talk on ‘Keeping Energy Levels Up & Managing Weight’. Her talk was followed by a Q&A session and then she continued with more questions and private conversations over lunch. Shakiba provided some helpful tips like ‘Eat till 75% full, avoid carbs at night and chew properly - 25-30 times for each bite!’. The event was informative, educational, and helped raise valuable funds. A great success all-round!
